Voyons quelques classements J-Music 2018 issus des classements de singles en téléchargement et d'après Billboard. C'est à voir en complément des charts Oricon, ainsi que de mon article sur le 69e Kôhaku, l'émission musicale de la NHK qui résume aussi à sa manière l'année écoulée.
Let's see some different J-Music rankings 2018 issued from the singles download ranking and Billboard charts. It is complementary to the Oricon charts, and to my article about the 69th Kouhaku, the musical show of the NHK which sums up on its own way the ending year.
Tops Singles Download & Billboard Hot 100 2018

Contrairement à l'Oricon, le Top Billboard Hot 100 est basé non seulement sur les ventes physiques mais aussi sur les téléchargements et les diffusions audiovisuelles. La pondération interne pour en extraire le Hot 100 peut être discutée, mais ces charts sont généralement plus conformes à ce qu'on entend le plus au Japon que celles, purement physiques, de l'Oricon.

2018 marque nettement l'année de la consécration pour Yonezu Kenshi, après une belle percée en 2017, qui arrive en tête avec le formidable Lemon et place 6 autres titres (parfois anciens) dans ce top ! Cette année marque aussi la domination des groupes en 46 sur leurs aînés en 48 chez les Idols de l'agence AKS. Le groupe "amiral" des AKB48 se contente de la 10e place, avec 2 autres titres tandis que les SKE48 sont les seules autres représentantes avec 2 titres seulement. A l'inverse les Nogizaka46 et leurs petites soeurs des Keyakizaka46 ont déjà 4 titres rien que dans le Top 11 !!
2018 is clearly the year of the consecration for Yonezu Kenshi, after a nice breakthrough in 2017, who arrives on top with the great Lemon and places 6 other singles (sometimes old ones) in this ranking ! This year underlines too the domination of the AKS agency's Idols 46 bands over their older sisters in 48. The "flag band" AKB48 only reaches the 10th rank, with 2 other tracks, while the SKE48 are the only other representatives with 2 songs only. On the other side, the Nogizaka46 and their little sisters Keyakizaka46 already place 4 songs just in the Top 11 !!
Autre confirmation, plutôt K-Pop, mais avec 2 Japonaises dans le groupe, ce sont bien sûr les TWICE avec 6 titres classés ! Toujours en K-Pop, on note la grosse présence de BTS, dans le sillage d'une bonne année mondiale pour eux.
Du côté des Johnny's, les vétérans d'Arashi (qui ont annoncé leur pause indéfinie après 2020 en janvier) semblent comme passer le relais aux jeunes et fringants King & Prince portés par la suite du célèbre drama Hana yori dango : Hana nochi hare.
Another confirmation, rather K-Pop, but with 2 Japanese girls in the band, these are of course TWICE with 6 ranked songs ! Still in K-Pop, there is a huge presence of BTS, in accordance with their great worldwide year.
Regarding the Johnny's, it looks as if the veterans Arashi (who announced their indefinite break after 2020 in January) were transmitting the relay to the young and dashing King & Prince pushed by the sequel of the famous drama Hana yori dango : Hana nochi hare.

Absent the previous year, probably due to the dispersion of the homages, Amuro Namie retires from the showbiz while re-ranking Hero, the theme song of the NHK's Rio Olympic Games show.
2 artists makes a breakthrough in this genre in 2018: the handsome Suda Masaki, mainly actor, and who could then follow the traces of the famous Fukuyama Masaharu, and the guitar-jo aimyon who mixes with skill original texts with striking melodies.
Enfin, on terminera par ces 2 buzz come-back "surprises" : Oginome Yoko dont le tube des années 80, Dancing Hero, a été utilisé par une humoriste puis par le club de danse du lycée Tomioka dans une vidéo devenue virale en 2017. Et enfin, carrément en 2e place, le groupe de danse et chant DA PUMP que l'on croyait définitivement hors-circuit depuis la fin des années 2000 avec là aussi une chorégraphie virale sur le titre USA !
Finally, we would end with these 2 "surprise" comebacks: Oginome Yoko whose 1980s hit, Dancing Hero, was used by a humorist and then by the Dance club of the Tomioka highschool in a viral video in 2017. And, directly in 2nd position, the vocal and dance band DA PUMP, who was supposedly lost for the fame since the end of the 2000s, with too a viral choreography on the song USA !

Il peut laisser penser que ce genre est assez sur-représenté dans les autres classements mais on peut aussi objecter qu'à chaque genre son mode de consommation, et logiquement les fans ne vont pas télécharger en plus ce qu'ils ont déjà (parfois en plusieurs exemplaires) en physique.
