Voici la 2e mi-temps du "Concours de Chants entre les Rouges et les Blancs", le Kôhaku du Réveillon 2019 de la NHK (1ere mi-temps par ici). Les Blancs (voix masculines) vont-ils conserver leur avance et remporter la victoire ? Compte-rendu à compléter avec les classements des ventes physiques et numériques ou streaming de l'année écoulée, qui permettent de juger de la pertinence des invitations (sachant que certains artistes ne sont parfois pas disponibles pour participer).

Here is the 2nd half-time of the "Song contest between the Reds and Whites", the Kouhaku of the New Year's Eve on the NHK (1st half-time over there). Are the Whites (male vocals) going to succeed in keeping their lead in points and getting the Victory ? Report to completed with the physical sales and digital sales and streaming charts of that year, which allow to judge the compliance of the invitations (keeping in mind that artists sometimes can't get available to participate).

70e Kôhaku Uta Gassen 2019 - Part.1/2 (Fr/Eng)

Le 70e Kôhaku Uta Gassen (紅白 歌合戦), l'émission du Réveillon 2019-2020 de la chaîne publique japonaise NHK promettait d'être exceptionnel, car il devait être le premier de l'ère Reiwa, l'Empereur Naruhito ayant été intronisé le 1er mai 2019, et devait lancer les JO de Tokyo 2020... On ne savait pas encore que, de l'autre côté de la mer de Chine, un nouveau coronavirus commençait à se répandre... 
The 70th Kouhaku Uta Gassen (紅白 歌合戦), the 2019-2020 New Year's Eve show of the Japanese state channel NHK was expected to be outstanding, as it was the first of the Reiwa era, with the crowning of Naruhito as new emperor in May, and was deemed to launch the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games... Nobody knew that meanwhile, on the other side of the China sea, a new coronavirus was spreading...

Le programme comportait ainsi le groupe d'enfants Foorin en version internationale pour sa chanson olympique, et Arashi, qui avait annoncé sa quasi-retraite pour la fin 2020, y présentait son (ex?)-futur générique officiel pour l'émission spéciale JO de la NHK. 4 premières très attendues : le groupe de J-Rock alternatif King Gnu, le groupe J-Pop Official Higedan-dism, l'acteur Suda Masaki, et, dans une moindre mesure à l'époque, la chanteuse Anison LiSA pour Demon slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba). 

Toujours l'occasion de faire le point sur l'année culturelle et sportive écoulée (notamment la coupe du monde de rugby au Japon), on peut aussi y admirer de jolis kimonos chez les artistes traditionnels, plus discrets dans les média le reste du temps. A compléter avec la lecture des classements des ventes physiques et numériques ou streaming de l'année écoulée, qui permettent de juger de la pertinence des invitations (sachant que certains artistes ne sont parfois pas disponibles pour venir).

The show included for instance the children band Foorin in an international version for their olympic song, and Arashi, who had announced their quasi-retirement for the end of 2020, were introducing their (ex?)-future OST for the Olympic special broadcast of the NHK. 4 debuts were highly awaited: the alternative J-Rock band King Gnu, the J-Pop band Official Higedan-dism, the actor Suda Masaki, and, with a lower fame at that time, the Anison singer LiSA for Demon slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba).  

Always an occasion to comeback on the cultural and sports events of the year (notably the Rugby World Cup in Japan), we can also admire the beautiful kimonos that traditional artists wear, whereas they are less visible on TV the rest of the time. To complete with the reading of the physical sales and  digital or streaming rankings of the year, which allow to evaluate the compliance in the invitations (keeping in mind that some artists may sometimes be to busy to come).

J-Music Rankings : Tops charts 2019 - Oricon, Enka... (Fr/Eng)

Voyons quelques classements J-Music 2019 issus des charts Oricon. C'est à voir en complément des classements de singles en téléchargement et le Hot100 de Billboard, ainsi que de mes articles sur le 70e Kôhaku, l'émission musicale de la NHK qui résume aussi à sa manière l'année écoulée.
2019 fut marquée par plusieurs coups de tonnerre, à commencer par l'annonce de la prochaine retraite d'Arashi. Un scandale chez les NGT48, groupe soeur des AKB48 casse davantage encore la dynamique de celles-ci au profit des groupes 46, et de Twice (qui a déjà évincé les E-girls du Kôhaku). Même le monde zen et romantique de l'enka-kayôkyoku, dont le "Prince" Hikawa Kiyoshi commençait aussi à fêter ses 20 ans de carrière, ne fut pas épargné, avec l'éviction d'un membre du groupe Junretsu pour violences conjugales !

2019 was struck by several blasting news, starting with the announcement by Arashi of their coming retirement. A scandal in the NGT48, a sister band of AKB48, additionally broke the momentum of the main band with regards to the 46 bands, and Twice (who already ejected E-girls from the Kouhaku). Even the zen and romantic world of enka-kayoukyoku, whose "Prince" Hikawa Kiyoshi was starting celebrating his 20 years of career, was not spared, with the eviction of a member of Junretsu for domestic violences!

Le 69e Kôhaku Uta Gassen (紅白 歌合戦), l'émission de Réveillon 2018-2019 de la chaîne publique japonaise NHK promettait d'être exceptionnel, car il devait être le dernier de l'ère Heisei, l'Empereur Akihito faisant son Sotsugyo... pardon : prenant sa retraite au 1er mai 2019 en abdiquant en faveur de son fils aîné.

Toujours l'occasion de faire le point sur l'année culturelle écoulée, on peut aussi y admirer de jolis kimonos chez les artistes traditionnels, plus discrets dans les média le reste du temps. Le programme semblait bien alléchant en effet avec la première participation annoncée de Yonezu Kenshi et Aimyon, les nouvelles coqueluches J-Rock / J-Pop, ou encore le retour miraculeux d'un des premiers "boysbands" non-Johnny's à succès de la J-Music, DA PUMP !
The 69th Kouhaku Uta Gassen (紅白 歌合戦), the New Year's Eve show of the Japanese state channel NHK was expected to be outstanding, as it was supposed to be the last of the Heisei era, the emperor Akihito graduating... sorry : retiring on the 1st of May 2019 and passing on to his older son.
Always an occasion to comeback on the cultural events of the year, we can also admire the beautiful kimonos that traditional artists wear, whereas they are less visible on TV the rest of the time. Things had well started with the first appearance of Yonezu Kenshi and Aimyon, the new generation of J-Rock / J-Pop stars, as well as the miraculous comeback of one of the first successful non-Johnny's "boysbands" in J-Music history, DA PUMP !

Un certain nombre d'évènements professionnels et personnels m'ont quelque peu empêché de produire autant de contenu que je le souhaitais, comme vous avez pu vous en rendre compte peut-être. Mais ce fut pour le meilleur, et désormais tout devrait se passer de manière plus fluide ^^

Je vais progressivement rajouter 2 points au site, qui sera alors à peu près complet :

• le passage en https, qui est désormais disponible pour la plateforme Blogger même avec un nom de domaine privatif comme c'est mon cas.

En réalité, il n'y a pas de gros besoin cryptage puisque je n'ai eu jusque-là aucune activité requérant d'info "confidentielle", mais c'est toujours plus rassurant pour tout le monde. J'espère juste qu'il n'y aura pas de bug à la transition. Je compte sur votre patience dans ce cas m(_ _)m

• La présentation de ma "boutique BUYMA" 😄

BUYMA, c'est à l'origine un site japonais de vente de particulier à particulier qui garantit le paiement et la qualité du produit livré en échange d'une commission (vous payez auprès de BUYMA, qui transfert ensuite au vendeur).
Le point fort de la société est d'assurer ces opérations au niveau international (initialement destiné à l'import de produit de mode de luxe) d'une part, et de permettre aux vendeurs particuliers de n'acheter en boutique les produits qu'ils proposent qu'après commande. De plus, à l'inverse d'Amazon mais comme Yahoo Auction par exemple, chaque vendeur doit créer ses propres pages produit, ce qui évite les problèmes de priorités au panier prises par des gens moins chers mais vendant peut-être à moindre qualité. Et depuis 2-3 ans, elle propose réciproquement un site en anglais pour des ventes hors du Japon.

• The introduction of my "BUYMA online shop" 😄

BUYMA is originally a Japanese peer to peer selling site which warranties the payment and the quality of the delivered product in exchange of a commission (a bit like Amazon, you pay to BUYMA which will then transfer to the seller).
The pros points of the company is to ensure these operations at an international level (initially dedicated to the luxury mode products import) on one side, and to allow personal shopper to buy to real shops only after order. Also, unlike Amazon but like Yahoo Auction for instance, each seller must create one's own product pages, preventing the problems of cart priority taken by people with lower prices but also maybe lower quality.
And since 2-3 years ago, this company is also offering an English version site to sell outside Japan.

Après la victoire controversée des Rouges l'année précédente, doublée d'un rythme bancale, la NHK se devait de redresser la barre pour son 68e Kôhaku Uta- Gassen (紅白歌 合戦), en ce Réveillon 2017-2018.

Toujours l'occasion de faire le point sur l'année culturelle écoulée, on peut aussi y d'admirer de jolis kimonos chez les artistes traditionnels, plus discrets dans les média le reste du temps. La partie était bien engagée avec la promesse de participation exceptionnelle de la popstar Amuro Namie avant sa retraite définitive côté Rouges (voix féminines), ou encore les débuts de Miura Daichi, le Michael Jackson japonais pour les Blancs (voix masculines).

After the controversial victory of the Reds on the previous year, along with a sloppy rhythm, the NHK had to strike back for its 68th Kouhaku Uta-Gassen (紅白歌 合戦), on that 2017-2018 New Year's Eve.
Always an occasion to comeback on the cultural events of the year, we can also admire the beautiful kimonos that traditional artists wear, whereas they are less visible on TV the rest of the time. Things had well started with the promise of the exceptional participation of Amuro Namie before her definite retirement on the Red side (female vocals), or also the debuts of Miura Daichi, the Japanese Michael Jackson, on the White side (male vocals).

Bonne année 2018, année du Chien !! Peu de temps pour écrire dernièrement, mais dans cet article, je teste ma première intégration de vidéo perso ! ^^'✌

Petite revue d'un festival artistique qui se tenait au Sanctuaire Kitano Tenmangu (北野天満宮) de Kyoto sur plusieurs week-end fin 2017 en présence de quelques stars comme Dream Ami des E-Girls 😉 ! L'occasion de se cultiver aussi, en découvrant ce lieu dédié au dieu de l'art mais aussi de l'instruction... 🏫

Little review about an art festival hold in the Kitano Tenmangu (北野天満宮) shrine of Kyoto during several week-end at the end of 2017 in presence of some stars like Dream Ami des E-Girls 😉 ! The occasion too to get cultured by discovering this place dedicated to the god of art and also of education... 🏫

Comme on l'a vu en 1ere partie avec les hits parades de l'Oricon, les Idols et Johnny's ont encore dominé les ventes physiques de singles en 2016 mais les dramas, les retours attendus de grandes stars J-Pop et J-Rock ainsi que quelques compilations de Bandes Originales d'animés ont apporté pas mal de variété, notamment côté Top albums.
Voyons maintenant quelques classements J-Music différents par leur méthode ou leur spécialité pour élargir un peu notre vision de la scène japonaise cette année-là ;-)

As we saw in the 1st part with the Oricon charts, Idols and Johny's still dominated the physical sales of singles in 2016 but dramas, awaited comebacks of J-Pop and J-Rock big stars, as well as some compilations of original anime soundtracks brought some variety, particularly in the Top Albums.
Now let's see some other J-Music rankings with other methods or specialties to enlarge a bit our vision of the Japanese scene that year ;-)

J-music Rankings : Tops charts 2016 part. 1/2 - Oricon (Fr/Eng)

L'année 2016 a été marquée par quelques retours de stars comme Utada Hikaru et The Yellow Monkey, par l'apparition d'un nouveau gros groupe d'Idols féminines (les Keyakizaka46) et la dissolution du plus populaire groupe de Johnny's (SMAP), sans oublier la percée mondiale de Pikotarô... Pour tenter d'analyser leurs impacts et pour suivre l'évolution du paysage musical japonais, voici plusieurs classements annuels des singles, albums, locations et téléchargements, ainsi qu'un spécifique Enka, en 2016 selon différents acteurs.
C'est à voir en complément de mon article sur le 67e Kôhaku, l'émission musicale de la NHK qui résume aussi à sa manière l'année écoulée. 

2016 was marked by some comeback of stars like Utada Hikaru and The Yellow Monkey, by the creation of a new big female Idols band (Keyakizaka46) and the disband of the most popular Johnny's band (SMAP), not forgetting the worldwide breakout of Pikotarou... To try to analyze their impacts and follow the evolution of the musical scene of Japan, here are several annual rankings of singles, albums, rentals and downloads, as well as a specific Enka ranking, in Japan in 2016 according to different actors.
I suggest to read it as a complement to my article on the 67th Kouhaku, the musical show of the NHK which sums up on its own way the ending year.

Ce 31 décembre 2016, que nous a réservé le 67e Kôhaku Uta Gassen (紅白歌合戦) de la NHK ? Toujours l'occasion de faire le point sur l'année culturelle écoulée, on peut aussi y d'admirer de jolis kimonos chez les artistes traditionnels, plus discrets dans les média le reste du temps.
Placé sous le signe des JO de Rio et de Shin Godzilla entre autres, il était co-animé par les "capitaines d'équipe": l'actrice et mannequin Arimura Kasumi (有村架純), qui participe actuellement à une célèbre campagne de pub d'AU (équipe rouge), et Aiba Masaki (相葉雅紀), membre du groupe ARASHI (équipe blanche).

Si les Rouges (voix féminines) pouvaient compter sur la 1ere participation de Utada Hikaru pour son retour tant attendu après 5 ans de pause, les Blancs (voix masculines) partaient largement favoris avec celles des humoristes de Radio Fish, gros succès du printemps, de Kiritani Kenta, héros populaire aux côtés de Arimura Kasumi, et enfin de Radwimps grâce au thème du gros succès du cinéma d'animation Kimi no na wa (Your Name) !

On this 31th of December 2016, what did the NHK's 67th Kouhaku Uta Gassen  (紅白歌合戦) offer to us ? Always an occasion to sum up the cultural year, one can also see wonderful kimonos weared by the traditional artists, more discret in the media the rest of the time.
Placed under the sign of the Rio Olympic Games and of Shin Godzilla among others, it was co-animated by the "team captains": actress and model Arimura Kasumi (有村架純), who participates to a famous ad campaign of AU (red team), and Inohara Yoshihiko (井ノ原快彦), Arashi band's member (white team).

If the Reds (female vocals) could rely on the 1st participation of Utada Hikaru for her highly-hoped comeback after a 5-year break, the Whites (male vocals) were favorites with the ones of the humorists of Radio Fish, big spring hit, of Kiritani Kenta, popular hero beside Arimura Kasumi, and finally of Radwimps thanks to the theme of the huge success in animation movie Kimi no na wa (Your Name) !

Ikimonogakari Live 2016-09-10 : Chô Ikomono-Matsuri, Atsugi (Fr/Eng)

Un peu en avance pour mon anniversaire, j'ai eu la chance d'aller à un des 4 concerts donnés par le trio J-Pop (pop-rock) Ikimonogakari (いきものがかり, présentation ici) cet été 2016 pour leurs 10 ans en Major !! Autre particularité de ces concerts: ils se tenaient sur les lieux-mêmes qui ont vu grandir les membres du groupe, à Ebina et Atsugi près de Yokohama (d'où le terme 地元, "jimoto" : local) . Voici donc mon "live-report" du 3e concert, à Atsugi, le samedi 10 septembre 2016...
A bit in advance for my birthday, I had the chance to go to one of the 4 lives given by the J-Pop (pop-rock) trio Ikimonogakari (いきものがかり, presentation here) this summer 2016 for their 10 years in Major !! Other particularity of this concerts: they took place in the cities where the members spent their childhood, in Ebina and Atsugi near Yokohama (hence the term 地元, "jimoto": local). Here is my "live-report" of the 3rd live, in Atsugi, on Saturday the 10th of September 2016...

Fujiwara Sakura live - Kyoto 2016-08-07 (Tanabata - Yasaka jinja)

Comme l'année dernière à la même date pour le concert de Kokia, un nouveau concert gratuit était organisé le dimanche 7 août 2016 pour Tanabata à Kyoto, au sanctuaire Yasaka (八坂神社). A Kyoto, Tanabata se fête ainsi un mois après le reste du Japon ; c'est l'occasion d'accrocher des vœux à des branches de bambous dans les sanctuaires shinto. On pouvait aussi en trouver, illuminés, le long de la Kamogawa !
Like last year at the same date for the live of Kokia, a new free showcase was organized on Sunday the 7th of August 2016 for Tanabata in Kyoto, in the Yasaka shrine (八坂神社). In Kyoto, Tanabata is celebrated thus one month later than in the est of Japan; on this occasion, people hang on wishes to bamboo branches in the shinto shrines. We could see a few of them, illuminated, along the Kamogawa !

Fujiwara Sakura (藤原 さくら) live 08-2016

Cette fois-ci, on avait l'occasion de découvrir la jeune (20 ans) chanteuse-guitariste, ou "guita-jo", Fujiwara Sakura (藤原 さくら) qui a sorti un 1er album en Major en février 2016 (cf. discographie ci-dessous), et qui est récemment devenue populaire en jouant ce printemps dans le drama de Fuji TV, Love Song au côté du célèbre acteur-chanteur Fukuyama Masaharu (cf. article sur le Kouhaku 2015 par exemple).
This time, we could discover the young (20) singer-guitarist, or "guita-jo", Fujiwara Sakura (藤原 さくら) who released a 1st album in Major in February 2016 (see discography hereunder), and who became popular by playing during this spring in the Fuji TV drama, Love Song, beside the famous actor-singer Fukuyama Masaharu (see the article on Kouhaku 2015 for example).
